I just purchased a platinum subscription via Itunes. I was charged the $50 and the apple store shows my subscription, but chess.com still says I'm not subscribed. I contacted the support team and I'll remain patient. Just wanted to know if anyone knows of this problem/has heard of a solution. I don't want to be charged $50 for no reason.
It happens all the time with Apple subscriptions. There's something manual that has to happen. It always works out after a few days.
