The auto renewal already happened, and I filled out a ticket, but I don't know where to check any answers. I also called the hotline, and an automated voice told me i would be called back within 24 hrs, but its been 24 hrs, and no call :(

I've been wrong before...How does cancelling auto-renewal get his money back? Doesn't that just mean chess.com will give him a notice before his membership expires? Boy am I getting hammered in the forums today.

Sounds like you've done everything you can. Maybe someone on the "night shift" will see this thread and take care of it.
Im sorry about the misleading title, but I haven't used the account in months, cant the staff see that?
Also, it does say 30 day money back guarantee, and I want my money back.

The OP asked "I want to dispute the charge, and cancel my membership and get my money back, how can I do this". I suppose that could be interpreted as meaning how do I cancel auto-renewal.

Not intending to be pedantic is just that what readers will think it is about?
(Rather than trying to get your money back because you have renewed accidently/without realisation.)

If the site doesn't make money then we all wouldn't have a decent site to play on would we? (@cunkhead29 )

Hi, I purchased a membership last year, and I don't use this site enough to justify it. I intended to let it lapse, but I was charged without notification. I want to dispute the charge, and cancel my membership and get my money back, how can I do this?
