I want to refund my bullet rating

I got back to 600 today [after my huge tilt] and wanted to play a few games now [couple hours later] but suddenly i had such a bad connection that I have to reconnect every single time and lost like 15 secs each round which is how I lost 70 rating in 30 minutes. The AI bot didn’t helped me so I hope to be able to get connected to a agent here

Also if you play ur game in a room door closed then wi fi might not run well

If that was refundable, people would intentionally good out of Wi-Fi when they are losing and never lose rating.
