I'm failing to save analysis

Hello!

I joined gold membership in order to be able to save analysis boards with my comments.

I tried clicking save analysis after putting the moves on the board and I get a red line on the top of the screen. It looks like it would maybe contain an error message but it's empty.

Then when I go to my saved analysis folder it's empty. I tried doing this several times and it wont save my analysis board.

I really want to save analysis pgn's with my comments on it in order to study openings. Help would be appreciated  

As far as I can see saving is working. First thing to try is clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work, try in an incognito/private.

You could also add it to a Library collection instead.

Tried incognito - didn't work either.

Neither did trying from a different browser.

Maybe something with my account? Is gold membership enough?

Yes, gold is enough.

What browser and browser version are you using?

Sometimes the site is buggy and certain functions don't work for me. Give it 15-20 minutes they will work again.

Same issues for me. Just started Gold membership free trial period. Tried above to fix but still have issue. Using Chrome and it’s up to date.

Same issue for me. Gold membership. Tried up to date Chrome, Brave and Firefox on Ubuntu 18.

No problems on my phone (iOS) btw.

What happens when you try to save?

Same as described by Gelfandm. A red notification bar (CSS flexbox) appears. It has a little x on the right side side to close but no text in it.

Found a solution in my case.

I saved a random analysis via a browser on my phone first. That broke the curse. Now it works on all devices.

Update: Nope, problem is back! This time saving analysis is not possible using iOS too. Same Problem with the flexbox.

I'm seeing the same here. The POST to https://www.chess.com/callback/analysis/self returns a 401, response {"message":"Access not authorized"} . Using a incognito chrome window so I can rule out adblockers/extensions getting in the way.
