Hi.İm 16.I left playing chess 7 years ago.İ was studying with a coach but she was not proffessional ı just learned how pieces move and basics.I returned 3  months ago and started playing and without studying my rating increased from 900 to 1400s.My question is when do you assume i will hit the skill wall and how should i study if i want to improve further?

You hit a skill wall when there's a basic deficiency in your chess that stops you from moving further. One skill wall is calculation, for example: When you have a lot of positional knowledge, good tactical recognition, but can't calculate at a basic level, you might get stuck at 1600 or something, until you correct the basic deficiencies.

Keep improving, and if you do hit a skill wall, carefully assess your game and analyze why you're losing, and what deficiency you have, and then correct it. Don't just keep getting new knowledge and information - instead you need to correct your current misconceptions and flaws in thinking.

Right now, you don't seem to have to care about this too much.
