Insights not working

I got a diamond membership yesterday and wanted to check my insights, but I can only see games from a year ago, when I also had a membership. Is there something I can do to fix it?

When a diamond membership is lapsed, Insights stop generating. If you renew later, it will queue the account to generate insights on the games from the original date onward, but can take some time to run.

 

If you don't see new games after 24 hours, post again and I can see if a staff member can take a look.

I also have a diamond member ship and my insights are not working but this is the first time i have bought it, It shows games in my archive but says 0 when I go to insights. Am I doing something wrong?

It can take a while for the results to calculate. The initial Insights run gets queued and when it's time, it had to run analysis on all the games

But it looks like yours are populated.

Yes finally after I made a post about it, it works! I've been diamond since last month and yesterday was the first time it populated. Would be cool to get a refund for a half a month or something.

Brilliants seem in Game Review may not actually be seen in Insights. They use slightly different code/processes

Hi, I think I have a similar problem, I cannot see matches/positions in my insights. I have been diamond member since last November.

Looks like there's a bug. Letting staff know.

Games should show up now in the tactics/mates/etc section. Seeing another issue but not sure if that's my settings or what.

I just upgraded to insights, but I have only unrated games against bots and on the learn > practice. I just played a game and it lists insights on the right hand side when you do a review. When I follow it, there is still no information. I changed time frame to all and have tried rated and unrated. Any guidance would be very appreciated. Thank you.

It can take up to 24 hours to get through the queue. I don't know how quickly new games are ran through insights, so if you still don't see something within 24 hours, post again.

There was an issue that was fixed earlier today. However, all the accounts that were impacted have to work their way through the queue.

If you don't see them completed in a few hours repost.

Would it possible for there to be some indicator of this on the insights page, so that people won't assume its broken and have to go searching for whats going on. If this already exists then my bad, though unless I'm just blind maybe it should be more obvious/clear?
