well there would be this thing at the bottom of the screen,it should say how many friends you have online. click on it then click on the friend you want to talk to and that should give you a chat box.

I do not find the using of this site to be very intuitive, and am struggling to figure out how to chat with friends that are online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
