Invisible pieces / Empty chessboard

Hello! In two of my games from the same opponent the board is empty i.e. there are no pieces on board. I can see blue dots on board in the game where my opponent has made their first move. In the other game, I am supposed to start but obviously I can not. Can you fix this?
