IOS app not loading on iphone 8

Hello chess.com developers and support staff. I have a fully updated iphone 8 and I cannot get passed the loading screen. I was able to get in last week but this week I cannot get in. I have shut the app down, I have powered off and on my phone but I'm still not able to get into the app. 

Please see the below screenshot. This is all the further I've been able to get in the passed week or so. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Try uninstalling the app and reinstall. What's your iOS version?

thanks for the advice. I just tried that yesterday ... and it worked. So ... if anyone finds that their ios version is not working, try uninstalling the app (tap and hold, delete app) then go to the app store and re-install the app. Worked like a charm.

I do that and it works for as long as I’m in the app, but every time I go off I acne get back in 😭

Most likely an outdated iOS version. Contact support for recommended versions and what support.

But I didn’t install it .I just signed up on google so what am I supposed to do?

If you want to play on the app, you have to install it first. Then you can login to the app via Google.
