iPad Compatibility

I've just purchased a refurbished iPad 4 to play chess.com matches with but it says it's not compatible with my OS.

Is chess.com not compatible with iPad 4?  Any work arounds?

The app probably isn't. It's very possible that the browsers available for that might not work very well, but that is likely your only option.

On previous people's iPad I've noticed that it'll disconnect all the time on Safari.  I'll try my luck with other browsers.  Would be a shame if I couldn't get it working simply because it's an old iPad model with old iOS.

iPad Pro OS 13.5.1 here...chess.com app is not working. It opens but never leaves the loading image

Try deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have two iPads, an iPad Pro and an iPad version 6. the chess.com apps are different. Anyone know why?
