Since joining Chess.Com several weeks ago I've now been able to connect to the server for Live Chess ONE TIME from my iPad. I am convinced there is something wrong with the iPad app. From the iPad app online chess section I can maneuver my way to getting a screen that looks just like the standard Chess.com home screen. From that screen I ALWAYS can play live chess. Incidentally, I maneuver to this screen by selecting "stats" from the online screen and then "full stats" from the stats summary screen.
I also have not been able to find any way to dialog with chess.com about my iPad issues.
I am a new member of Chess.com and am having problems with my iPhone and iPad apps when I try to play live chess. I can play live chess from my laptop using my Explorer browser but when I try to play live chess from either of my Apple devices I get a message "connecting" but they never "connect."
