Is Chess.com rigging games on purpose or is it my Internet Connection?

It has come to my attention that some unusual and suspicious behavior has been happening with chess.com these past two weeks. Again, this might just be me but if thisis happening to you guys PLEASE let me know.

Ok, so I normally play rapid with10 minutes on chess.com all week playing atleast once everyday, and in several games where I have an advantage but have less than a minute on the clock, my connection suddenly dissappears and the red bar for connection near the bottom of the screen turns red! It won't even let me open any other web browsers - it disconnects me from the internet entirely! The connection then comes back after 30 seconds but by then I would have already lost in time, lost by abandonment, or lost because I can't win because I blunder my pieces for playing too fast. This also occurs in the beginning of games sometimes and wastes me around 30 seconds of precious time.

But the reasoin I am so confused is that WHY is it only when I am winning. I would believe this is a server issue but ONLY when I am winning makes this more suspicious. To clarify, I know I was winning because I check the game review after the game. What I am even more concerned about is that this ONLY occurs in chess.com and no where else. That must mean its not my computer in general or my internet that is having issues.

More info that might be good knowing is that I play on PC windows, have no extensions, never cheat, I have tried resetting my IP address to fix this (it didn't work), and that I have versed a handful of cheaters (they have gotten banned).

I have concluded to either it be Chess.com rigging games to make me play more or that someone may have hacked my account but both seem very rare and not realistic. If anyone knows how to fix this or have had it before PLEASE let me know.

It's probably not just happening she. You're winning but it's certainly more noticable then..

There are some things you can do to minimize connection issues between you and the site.
