this exactly
if you play games and your skill level is above your rating, then you should easily win them and quickly get to your rating, especially if you haven't played many games recently
also 1900 in other sites doesn't always translate to the same here, like lichess ratings are much more inflated

You shouldn't really care about ratings on this site, they only reflect a estimate of your true rating. If you are on tilt, just take a small break, play some games, and eventually your rating will go back to normal. If you rating is truly down by 700 points, then playing games against people who are that much lower than you should be extremely easy.

How can I reset my stats?
You can see how to reset your puzzle stats, and puzzle rush stats here.
You can also reset your lessons and drills progress.
However, the data on your chess stats pages can not be reset.
This page shows the data on every game you have played on the site, and can not be removed or altered.
If you really want a fresh start with a clean slate, then you can close your account and create a new one.
However, if you are thinking about doing so just because of a losing streak, then we strongly advise against it! Everyone has losing streaks, and you may appreciate seeing how far you've come from that losing streak in the future!

I notice that you have only played 10 games here over the last year. It would be completely normal to expect to lose some points when you start playing again. After you play a bunch of games, you may start to recover whatever you lost through inactivity.

i shouldn't be losing. the games ive played since making this forum were just for fun, i haven't started trying yet. the point is i don't want to grind from 1300 to 1800 all over again

Your RD values are high so you won't have to grind if you play seriously. You'll quickly get to an appropriate rating.
