I just sent them a direct email (to contact@chess.com), they haven’t replied in around 6 days…? Is this the correct way to send an inquiry?

I just want to ask if it’s okay to use this account, I used an engine 3 years ago and one of my accounts got banned, I stopped playing and regret using an engine, it’s a stupid and immature act. I want to know if it’s okay to use this account.

That is an acceptable way. Be sure to check your spam folders just in case your email filters caight any messages.
