excuse my bad english

hi man,are you a guitarrist??? I am.
The problem that when I want to play live chess against anyone suddenly appears this message below in the chat site:
DRAW OFFER: undefined has offered a draw - accept | decline
and it doesn´t matter if I decline or accept and the answer goes to the person I am playing against to,so they think I don´t want to play and they get angry with me.
Do you have something similar?Thanks.

i have the same problem, my turn, but the last move is mine !?
Is there any chess manager around here to tell us a bypass, or to fix the bug ?

I logged in from another computer and 2 other browsers. The problem is not gone. However, I sent a message to chess.com support and they have identified the problem and are working to fix it. If I time out, they will fix it, and if they can't fix it, they will fix my rating. Either way, they have some solutions to the problem in the works. I recommend contacting chess.com support with your game information, if you can't fix this problem.

It didn't help :)
But with time the bug was gone. Luckily for me I had still 4 days to play my move ...
i have the same problem. sometimes i manage to fix it, by clicking everything on the page i see (not sure this is required), followed by page refresh, or i exit the live chess page and start again, and do that a dozen times. after all that, the message
DRAW OFFER: undefined has offered a draw - accept | decline
disapears and i can play normally, BUT I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHEN EVERYTHING WORKS FINE THE PANEL IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER
Home Stats Settings Simple Board Help LogoDISAPEARS, AND THE WHOLE STRIPE IS WHITE INSTEAD OF BLACK, but it works fine so i dont care! i hope this helps to developers

Funny to see that this issue is still present 10 years later.. I'm having the same issue on both iOS & MacOS (Safari)

I doubt it's really the "same" issue but the symptoms are the same. The daily match code doesn't know whose turn it is. It tells me it's my turn when it's not, and it's not my turn when it is. I also think it ate some of my moves.
I'm playing a correspondence game. I've played several with no problem. This one game says its my turn to move, but the only move it shows is my last move. The timer is down to 30 something hours on my side, but I can't make a move. I do not want to time out. I want to play. I've tried logging out of chess.com. I've tried refreshing the board. I've tried clicking and moving pieces.
When I look at the thumbnail of the game I see the move he made...a castle. When I pull up the board, the move he made does not show up.
Any tips?
