Kicked from chess?

I was playing some chess yesterday and randomly, when I was in the middle of meeting a cool new person, I got kicked apparently and couldn't play until this morning. I didn't get any reason or E-mail and was wondering why this might be, because I don't think it's very nice to kick me and stuff.

If you were auto warned or kicked, then it would have either been for the use of a word on the auto filter (swearing), or for spamming game chat.

Our system warns first, if that warning is ignored, it then prevents you from chatting for 60 minutes. If after that you swear again it removes you from live chess for 30 minutes.

Some members will spam their game chat when its their opponents turn to move to try and distract them, other times, its just a case of a sensitive auto filter picking up on someone entering text into the game chat too fast over and over.

The auto system will only kick for 30 minutes on first offence it the text it detects is highly offensive or more than one swear word is used in the same sentence.

There is no reason for any member on this site to use or feel the need to use abusive language at all. We have members of all ages playing here starting from a very young age. No-one comes here to be abused. They are here to play chess.

I don't think it was for chatting we were having a conversation, but I wasn't like repeating myself/spamming. I also don't remember seeing a warning, but it may have appeared in a place I wasn't looking. I also wasn't banned from chat it was from the game and whenever I tried to play it would say "you have been kicked from live chess".

It can happen if you exchange conversation very rapidly, as well. The spam/profanity filter is removed when you are playing a friend, if that is helpful. :)

Is there any other way to get kicked? I'm quite certain it wasnt from chat.

I was kicked in in the middle of a chess game, I'm young and I didn't knew what kicked in means soo I immediately went back to search and then ofc by the the time I got to know my account was closed and not email has been send. I neither ever used swear words or whatever the spamming is. Could anyone help me out on this?
