I am in the same situation, have won a lot of games but am stuck at 45 trophies so cant upgrade castle

Since a few days, i dont get or lose coins After a game. Helpdesk doesnt respond…..
anyone else has this?
The support for this game is abysmal and I get the feeling that the last castle level is not even yet released, hence why you don't get any more trophies. I wonder if those threads are even read by any staff members...

Helpdesk told me that there is a bug. Max lvl castle is lvl 10. You can’t reach lvl 9 because of the bug you don’t get to reach lvl 9 because you don’t get trophies. He said they are working on it………

I have a strong feeling they are not working on the bug or on the whole app for that matter.
So they finally release an updated version to “fix” the multiple bugs acknowledged and with an “improved” game matching system and now it won’t match me with anyone in PVP Battle which is the one thing you need to do to get more trophies and upgrade your Castle - truly pathetic!

I think they are stuck on the logic mistake that you have 5*3*3 ranks for trophies but the required 55 trophies you can not reach with that metric ...
Looks like kingdom is a side project, no one is paying attention to.
Just started playing few days ago. Even at the start I can not earn any trophies. Have won 4 battles and get nothing. Also had a guy checkmate on next move and he let his clock run out but the game wouldn’t end. Just sat there for five minutes and nothing happened. Had to shut it off and didn’t get anything for a win.

I do not get any more trophies for wins in Battles in Kingdom. I have 45 trophies and need ten more to upgrade to next castle, every thing else being maxed out, but the game won't grant me any more.
