Landscape mode doesn’t work on my iPhone

When I rotate my iPhone I can never get a landscape view as it stays in portrait mode. I looked at all the settings and I couldn’t find anything that allows rotation to landscape view. And no, my rotation on the phone is not locked as it works with other apps. Please help

As far as I can tell, only the iPad version of the iOS app supports landscape mode. (Many iPhone apps do not offer landscape viewing.)

To get landscape mode for the iPhone, connect with a web browser.
