It doesn't show all online players. It only shows game seeks that have not been matched. Those matched by the algorithm never show on the graph. It is possible that there are some hours of the day when activity here is minimal.
Also, check your settings for "filters". You can use the filters to make all the visible current seeks go away. (I did by setting a minimum game time of "120".)

Did whatever you said. But It didn't work. Also, you said it happens on a particular time of the day. But i happens to me always. Help me get some seeks!!

didn't help bro, I'm not geting any seek results.
Did you try taking out all the numbers? Also, having a min and max opponent rating at 60 and 90 will present a problem.I'm not sure if we have any players rated that low.
If you take out all the numbers in those boxes, and save settings, seeks should show up on the graph! :)

Hello Chess.com staff, whenever I play online chess, there is a list or graph on the side showing all the players online (Both rated and unrated). But nowadays it's not showing any players online, it doesn't even shows computers.It just shows online tournaments. I've checked all my settings, but it's of no use. Please help me get rid of his problem ASAP.
