Little chess partner error. I want my Draw.

I decided today that I wanted to play a strong oppenent so I decided to give chess.com's "Little chess partner" a try. I beat on a setting of easy and medium. Then I tried it on hard, and this is where the problem began. The computer program has repeated the same sequence of moves MORE than 3 times. This is a draw by threefold repetition. Yet there is no draw option button for me to exercise this right. It is very frustrating because the material is equal, I have taken it's knight for three of my pawns. (THe link to the game is on the bottom, moves are in case it doesn't work)Now I will write where the white pieces are, then the black pieces: king on h1,knight h2,queen f1,bishop c1,rook a1,pawn a2,knight b3,bishop c2,pawn g2,rook f3,pawn e4. Now the black pieces:king g8, pawn h7,pawn g7, pawn f7, rook f8,pawn e5, Queen d4,pawn c7, pawn a6,bishop b7,rook a8, bishop a4. Little chess partner refuses to let go of the powerful discovered double check move. It should be punished for it's greed. Computers need to play under the same rules as humans, and computer programmers should have the draw option there to use in case something like this happens. It is false to assume that a computer by todays standards cannot make a mistake. Here is the link:   http://i39.tinypic.com/30t28mq.jpg     P.S. Deep blue has nothing on Kasparov.

Yes, the play against the computer feature does not recognize the draw option. However, if the computer repeats the position 3 times then you know it is a draw and you can save yourself a screen shot to enjoy the drawn game and then start a new game against the computer.  Smile

Eh, its just a bunch of bytes...Know that you drew it in your mind and begin another game. They don't really count for anything anyways.
