loading screen

Everytime i want to play live chess or a tournament it gets stuck on the loading screen. How do i fix this to be able to play chess?

I am using a web browser on my computer and I think it is the newest version although I am not sure.

Sorry I dropped the ball -- are you both still experiencing this? @luandel, when you log into chess.com do you go to https://www.chess.com ? or http://www.chess.com ?-- if the first, will you try the second?

And @Knight_Tactical -- will you let me know which app version you are using and which OS or iOS please?
