Matchmaking Rank Glitch? New Meaning to Elo-Hell!

my rating is stuck at 946 in stats, but its 1100 in game? it continually moves after each game but as soon as im not currently in a match it reverts to 946 without fail. stats shows a steady plateau, and since ive been seeing a bunch of 800 players but no one over 1100 im guessing its also using 946 for matchmaking. is this a known bug? how do I resync scores? i like watchin the little graph do its thing
oh and, i think it was caused by launching an old version of the app, however ive already updated to see if that helped and no luck, before updating my rank would only appear in counting (at win/loss screen) before reverting. post update the score will show to my opponent as usual, but is still static in stats

What app version are you on?
It's possible that your device doesn't support a new enough version that includes the change of 10|0 games from blitz to rapid.
