Anyone else recently pay for a year subscription, have the money taken from your account and not have access to Members features for a few days? Very frustrated thought it would be instant.
Purchases through the apps require some manual intervention by staff. If you don't see it applied by mid-week, you might open a ticket with support.
If it was through the website, there may have been an issue so a ticket is probably best.
