did you report this member to staff?
Like I did with the dozen engine users that have yet still to be banned? No. I've given up reporting members via that portal

Every time I've reported a user I got a response. They're not allowed to tell you what happens when you report a cheater, but something like this will garner an answer, so go ahead and report via email.

And I'm sure that the Support team would have actioned it in the usual timeframe: however, as I agree that it's completely unacceptable according to the Chess.com Terms of Service, I have actioned it immediately.
Please follow the correct process, though - reporting it through the Help -> Contact system is the most reliable way to ensure it gets actioned and that the fact it should be actioned is logged and recorded. Cheat reports are a bit different, as Chess.com conducts its own independent investigation, which can take some time.

Of course you knew. You read the TOS when you joined. But as a reminder.

I think it's pretty safe to say that most people - just as with End User Licence Agreements - don't actually read the text for stuff they're signing up for.
Having said that, once it is pointed out to someone, they then have a choice - to stay and keep to the Terms of Service to the best of their ability, or to leave because they disagree with those conditions. It's great that @Jorgen101 now understands this, and it's great to have you on board. Please also note that there is not to be any political or religious discussion or commentary in the public forums either: there's a separate club for such debate that is unmoderated (see https://www.chess.com/forum/view/off-topic/forum-posting-rules---be-nice--no-religious-or-political-debate)

Hey!
I am new to Chess.com and looking for some help.
I heard that it is possible to get a free diamond membership for IM`s and GM`s. Is that true? And if so, how can I get it? Should I send an identity proof or something?
Chess.com does indeed offer titled members free diamond membership, as well as a host of other benefits: see Danny's blog entry on the full list: https://www.chess.com/article/view/why-chesscom-for-titled-players-and-coaches
And yes, you do need to submit proof of identity - follow the instructions here: https://www.chess.com/members/submit_title_proof
Cheers!

Hi Team, please see https://www.chess.com/live/game/1785727108
I was about to capture queen and game was drawn by opponent, and it says "draw by agreement". I dint get any request nor I pressed draw button. It might be glitch or opponent is using some tactics/software. I do have enough time on my clock.
Opponent : toniblaiir333 ahmad

Maybe you accidentally hit the draw option and your opponent accepted.
I have just had the same problem. This is a app glitch for sure. On chess.com through PC I never had same problem earlier though. When your opponent proposes a draw, if you go for a move the draw offer is generally cancelled and that's logical of course.
But on chess.com app, I went for a move and it said drawn by agreement. My opponent definitely offered draw and which I was not interested in till then.
Is there any way that we can move on with the game again? My opponent still is agreed to continue with the game :)

I am a legend in my own mind, does that qualify me?

Take a look at this member's profile - look at his username, profile picture and the little statement under that. Does it not make you feel sick that a member playing the top rated game promotes racism?
I know making threads on members is forbidden but on this occasion i dont care.
He must be banned.
