you could play another game and agree to make the same moves up until the point where you lost your queen.
Mistaken click

I'm not really experienced with that, but when you make game there is a selection "Rated" and there are three possibilities "Yes", "No" and "Takeback". So I think that "Takeback" is exactly what you are looking for.

EDIT: was it live or "online"? If it was online this will work
It's not possible unless you specifically started a game where takebacks are allowed.
On a different note I'm not sure how you can "accidentally" push the submit button. Sounds to me like you just made a blunder. I understand misclicks in live chess (although I don't believe takebacks should be allowed for them) but misclicks in CC...not buying it.

Play another game and chalk it up to experience. There are no "takebacks" in a rated game.
I think they are playing for fun, you know, fun... Do you?

Fine, but if it was just for fun, they would have laughed, set them up again and started over or replayed the moves up til the blunder, as someone suggested.
I am playing an online game with a good friend and accidentlally pushed the "submit" button and had my queen taken in an obvious position where it had to be moved. Both my opponent and I agree that I should reverse this move in order for us to proceed with what had been a good and close game. Is there a way of reversing a move played online if both players are in agreement?
