Is there an option to pay or to be charged per month for a membership or must I pay the full one time yearly amount? Also if monthly payments are doable is it more expensive compared to the once a year payment. Thanks.

It will automatically renew as long as you have a valid payment form attached. (You won't be asked before it charges you again.)

There is a big discount available for an annual payment.

You pay $29 up front for gold, or $49 for platinum or $99 for diamond. Many people misunderstand. You have to pay it all at once.

You can get the unused portion of the money refunded only if it is your first subscription and you ask for a refund during the first 30 days.

You just click the word Monthly.

Keep in mind that it's still a subscription, so will automatically renew each month if not canceled.

Hello, there is to choose between gold, platinum and diamond upgrade. In diamond I have almost unlimited access to the functionalities. So I am wondering if I can pay for platinum only one month and cancel the contract before the month ends. I will not have to pay monthly for one year, right?

I can find the word monthly on the mobile app, but for some reason when I start the membership on my phone it never goes through, I cannot find this option anywhere on the website.

There's a month-to-month subscription and a yearly one, depending on which one is selected when purchasing. The latter pays a year in advance and the former has a higher perm moth equivalent cost.

You can't pay for more than a year at a time through the membership purchase system. If you purchase the year subscription, the fee for the whole year is charged and in a year, if you haven't cancelled automatic renewal, it will chanrge for a new year. If you cancel renewal, it won't
