My account got banned for fair play and I swear I never cheated. Can you please help me out? This is my alt. I am really worried becos I paid 1.1k Rupees for Gold Membership for a year. If I were a cheater I would have won every game I played, and will have a rating of about 2800 lol. I never cheated I just play good in Rapid, Classical. Sometimes at 5|5 blitz but even then many games of mine are lost and silly mistakes etc... I understand that AI may ban me for my <30 games with above 90% accuracy and one game with I played 4 moves (book moves) and the opponent resigned. I sometimes play good when Im focused but I DO NOT CHEAT. Chess is a game I am passionate about and hoping to win more and play better. I bought membership for 1 year so I can get better and when I did they banned me. No refunds too. So I KINDLY ask for my account to be reopened for a new account with 1 year membership (GOLD) or just a 1099 rupess refund. Pls help me out.
