hi, please help me recover my old account. I registered with Facebook, played for about six months, today, like every day, I decided to play and the application wrote that I could not log in and asked me do it again. When i clicked on log in with facebook and enter the game, everything was erased, I had 0 played games in my profile, the rating dropped from 575 to 400. How can I fix this problem an recover my old account? I've already tried deleting the app and logging back in but nothing works. Please help me…

The site has been experiencing higher than normal loads, so it's possible that is causing a problem with your Facebook login. Accounts aren't deleted.
You may try again a little later but if you continue to have issues, you can open a ticket with support.
