My IP blocked? RP13 error message

Hello,

I'm not sure why, but a few days ago i tried to log in to chess.com, as i do almost everyday, from my home computer. I was unable to log in and given an Error code RP13. 

I found out that i can log in to my account from any other location. 

Therefore i'm guessing my home IP has been blocked for some unknown reason. 

I have contacted support about a week ago, but no reply as of yet.

I can log in using a VPN but it would be nice if i could log in without this, as it has limited daily use.

What could be the reason for the IP block? Any help would be appreciated.

Put in a support ticket. This can come up periodically for various reasons but support should be able to fix it for you.

I had this problem too and was able to fix it by turning my VPN off. Maybe someone else using the same VPN service was cheating.

I had error code RP13 the fix is change IP address

if you already have a VPN on, I think that chess.com thinks you are trying to access an account that isn't yours so, it IP blocks you, if you turn it off it should work and, it worked for me!

or if you don't have a VPN, I recommend getting Opera GX since it has a built in VPN that you don't have to pay for or, you can get Nord VPN, or any other VPN.
