no match-up for one week

I have been trying to start a game in all possible configuration (3 / 3+2 / 5 / 5+5) with all possible ELO ranges and I can not find a match even after waiting for several minutes. in the past the matchup always took less than 10 seconds. what is wrong ?

Which one? (There are two- Android and iOS.)

Same problem for me too.
And I havent aborted any games
How can we know if there is something like that going on?

On Android, there is a report problems Link in settings. It lets you send an email to the developers and sends along info on your app version and operating system so that developers can track down the problem.

This worked but now I don't get rating points for puzzles unless I use the web version. On mobile I don't lose or get points.
Same here. Reinstalling worked fine too
Reopening the thread but I have to reinstall the game daily now... The problem keeps on happening every couple of games. Any other ideas to fix this ?
I'm just trying to join regular random blitz with a elo around 700
