No Network

Started happening today; I have full bars in my apt on data and or I also have wifi, but I keep getting no network messages or worse, I'd start a game and then it would disconnect. tried rebooting my phone, no change.

I get this a lot since the new version of the app came out. Network speed test show 60Mbps down and 30Mbps up and low latency but the app constantly complains "no network" when I try and start a game. Seriously considering cancelling my subscription.

Just updated my app,now it will not connect. Not real happy. Chess.com post was not there until after I posted this
application is showing network error despite of trying wifi, mobile data, uninstalling the app, changing the account. and all the modes of solutions but still it is showing network error
i am getting, with much more frequency, trouble (via ios app) when clicking on players avatars in forums (app crashes)
not able to scroll in the forums (have to shut app and reopen)
and not able to post comnents

Chess.com show no network if the speed is under 20Mbps. Tired of seeing this. Therefore, Now i prefer [another site -- VP] now. Sorry

I have lost several games due to network issues. This is very annoying. Happens both on WiFi and 4G. Never any issues with other connected apps on same net. Happens on different WiFi networks. No clear pattern. Some days are worse than others. If this continues I will terminate my premium membership and go somewhere else.

Please dont post irrelevant replies. If you have solution for "No Network" error please post that .
I can login via browser on my Laptop but it shows "No Network" on my Mobile phone and Tab (both android)
BTW on my mobile phone if I switch my network to Mobile-Network , the app works fine, only with Wifi it has problem, however WIfi is fine as I can use i for al other app and devices.
I have tried cusomized DNS , didnt work

Guess you posted that above. What app version? With WiFi, are you turning off wireless data?
Worst and worst app. Few days onwards, if start match suddenly showing network down and starts auto resign. Same time other apps runs very well. Due to this reason, I lost most of matches with auto resign. Worst app. I will delete this within soon

The app version is "4.3.0-googleplay",
However till this point I was under impression, it is on Android mobile app but today I accidentaly signed out of my office VPN and when my laptop switched to HOME Wifi the problem of not able to access chess.com in google chromke browser reappeared. So it is with Home Wifi.
So on laptop I just have Wifi connection and chess.com does not work. I do not have any other internet connection on laptop.
On mobile/tab, when I am at home I switch off mobile-data and use only home Wifi and chess.com does not work. In fact none of the links of chess.com open.
I lost 4-5 games from winning positions over the last couple of days because of this extremely annoying "No network" error popping during the game and disconnecting me. Please do something guys. I mean PLEASE!
