Since Dec 03, I haven't been included in any league. I first thought it was just because all the Crystal leagues (my current league) were full last week but it happens again this week.

You should leave leagues and rejoin. Then play a game and you should be placed in a working division.
Ok, so I did it. Now I'm in a division but everyone's score is 0, including me despite the game I've just won (after leaving/rejoining the leagues).
It is still the same and there is no way to join a league

You should get added to a division after your next game.

I've had some games since I left/rejoined the leagues a few days ago and there's no improvement : all members of my league (including me) have 0 points.

Yeah, that's a different bug that staff are looking into.
