Online move notation

In playing online correspondence games, sometimes there are two columns of moves and sometimes only one. How do I control this?

I would like to help, Can you post an example?

I can't seem to capture a screen shot and post it here. Let me describe.

On the screen where I make a move (I'm using the Chrome browser on Windows 7), toward the right side are a set of rolodex tabs. Move/Chat/Details/Notes. Sometime under the Moves I might see 

1. e4     e5

2. Nc3   Nc6

or I might see

1. e4

2. Nc3

where I'm black and my moves are not shown in a second column.

Is this sufficient explanation?

On further searches in the Forum I see two others had similar problems.  Threads "only-the-white-moves" and "moves tab window". I followed the suggestion to clear the cache and cookies but it had no effect on my situation just like it had no effect for blackdahlia. 

I see no cure but it went away for these two of it's own accord.

Have you considered using a diffent browser?
I switched from firefox to palemoon... haven't had any troubles.

Sorry. I thought I had posted this.

I tried it with Internet Explorer 8 and it works fine. Of course, Chrome worked fine at first too.
