percentile ranking for rapid and blitz don’t appear

You have to play more games. It only counts "active" players... I don't know how many games it takes, but for example I see you only played 2 blitz games so far.
It may also have to do with Glicko RD. In other words it may take "a lot" (maybe only 20) games before you're active, but after that, if you're ever "inactive" again you'll only need to play a few.
As for progress, the percentile has been going up for everyone lately because of the virus and lots of noobs joining... but the way the rating system works is the ratings (in an ideal system, and chess.com is pretty good) should not be affected by this.
In other words your rating is better indicator of how much you're improving.
(also I should note that blitz, rapid, bullet, etc are separate. If someone is 1200 in Rapid and 800 in blitz it doesn't mean they're better at long games. 1200 rapid may be equal to 800 blitz for a certain website... also not all websites are equal, so 1000 blitz here may not be 1000 blitz somewhere else. In other words don't let that confuse you when trying to gauge your progress)

That makes a lot of sense. I only played 10 rapid games (which I really enjoyed) and was just curious about the best way to track my progress because I think I'll be playing a lot more of those.
That's also good to know about how the ratings are different between time controls. I've played some daily games and find that ~1300 seems right for me. It was a little disheartening to only be an 800 in rapid, but I think it takes time to get used to the faster time. I'll just focus on improving the score itself and enjoying the games.
Thanks for the info!
