It is a Chess960 game - a variant where the pieces are semi-randomly placed at the start of the game.

It's either a mis-click, premature drop, or you have premoves on and you accidentally did a prevmove.
The chess pieces are all in the wrong location on the game we just started. When my opponent moved what should be his bishop the piece that I see is a queen and the move text states that he moved a queen not a bishop.
