Popup blocker Issues

So when ever I try to create a new diagram of a chess position in a fourm, comment, blog, etc I always get this message... It also will not let me post a picture of it but here is what it says when it popsup.

The page at chess.com says:

sorry, but we noticed that your popup blocker has disabled a window that provides application functionallity. You will need to disable popip blocking on this site in order to fully utilize this tool.

I have went into my settings and disabled this popup blocker and have even allowed all popups and it still does not work. None of my extensions are causing this either. Also, this happens on google chrome and internet explore but not on the Opera browser. 

Anyone have any ideas on a fix to this? I am out of ideas which included clearing the cookies and all web data. I can not seem to find a solution.

Try a malware scan.

You got something wonky going on... I have AdBlocker, have used it before I was a paying member, and unless I cranked up the settings to the max and then some, it wouldn't interfere.

Do that malware scan, but if that doesn't work, uninstall the popup blocker on all your browsers. If you're using something other than AdBlocker, perhaps reconsider your choice of programs...

Other than that, make sure Javascript and all that stuff is all up-to-date.
