It s already been 3 days since i bought the diamond subscription. I have the receipt but it still says that i m a standard member and the website asks me to upgrade. I have a written a complaint on this regard but all I ve got was an automatic forward. I ve also seen that this has happened to many others so I m lead to think that Chess.com treats its customers in a very unprofessional way. Please solve this issue and keep in mind that there are other chess websites that pay more attention to their customers.
