Premium subscription didn’t unlock unlimited puzzles or bots


I'm not seeing premium on your account. If you purchased through one of the apps, there are some manual steps staff have to take to apply it to your account.


It can potentially take a few days to get applied when purchased through the app stores. It just depends on if the account here matches the app store account and whether the site has more work to track the connection down.
You could open a tick with support but it's likely that premium will be applied by the time they get to to the ticket.

If you're on iOS, double check your subscriptions and if the app store is tied to a different account than the the account for chess.com, it may have applied to a different email.
