I have tried to get help with this issue and got nowhere.  the laast email I sent was bounced because it was "against policy"???Here's the message I sent after Kronos had sent an image that I couldn't see:

If nothing can be done, there's no point in being a member here.

I didn't get the image, but when I hover over the area I think you mean and scroll down I see just a bit of the tops of the pictures scrolling behind the "Choose" button.  Sometimes not even that.

A screen shot of what I get:

I wonder if your browser theme has some non scrollbar attributes. Try changing it to default.

Here's another thing to look into https://www.isunshare.com/internet/chrome-vertical-scroll-bar-is-missing.html

Have you tried it in incognito/private mode? It's probably and add-on/plugin interfering with some scripts. There are multiple domains scripts and resources load from, so if any of those get blocked, it can cause usability problems.

That's most likely because your browser is way too zoomed in.

Try pressing and holding the Ctrl key and scroll down while you're holding it to zoom out. You should see the whole page and the scroll bar should be back too.

you can also click on the three dots on the top right of your browser and zoom out manually

That was it!  Thanx Arturo!
