Problems with flash player or something

In the last live-chess game that I played I made at least two mis-moves because either there is something wrong with my flash player or something else.  The first one was attempting to do a long-castle 0-0-0 and simply the king did not go to the square that I thought I had moved it to, the second was a check-mate move that didn't happen due to the same reason.  The flash player that I am using is the google chrome one which is the same as the adobe one.

since i place the last flash player version (today after the chess server reboot) im having graphics problems...like i see the move changing color and after 5-6 sec i see the pone appears....its like lag issues but its not! anyone help
