This is invariably resolved by refreshing your browser cache - usually by pressing F5.

refreshing/log-out, log-in didn't work. can you guys see a little version of your profile pic next to your name when you are playing?

and i can see yours now. can you see it? i checked your profile and some of your games. i can see the pic in each one.
the problem is definitely on your computer. i'd say it's a cache problem.
if using firefox, clear the cache (ctl+f5 or through the menu).
if using IE, download firefox! LOL
i'd clear the cache, close the browser, then reopen it. but i can guarantee that your icon works. it's just a problem with your computer not seeing it.
i can see my pic everywhere ( my profile, these posts, next to my name on the 'recent games' chart) except next to my name when i'm playing a game. cleared the cache/temporary internet files/history, re-booted, logged out/logged in, and still no pic next to my name when i'm playing a game. thanks, though, for all the tips and tricks. i thought doing all of those would have made the pic appear for sure.
how do you get your profile pic to show next to your name under the chess board when you are playing? i can see the opponent's pic next to their name, but instead of seeing my pic next to my name, i see the little grey dude.
