This has happened to me as well; having just scored a 50 on five-minute rush, my score is showing for me but is not visible on any leaderboards.

It's not a bug. It's intentional. A small percentage of the playerbase cheats in puzzle rush. The leaderboard would be an absolute mess without the titled restriction. Cheating in puzzle rush isn't detectable, so chess.com has to use other criteria to filter out the frauds.
Sucks for sincere puzzlers (my 55 score ), but I get it.

They are def capping it at 49 for untitled players, just look at this ridiculous leaderboard:

Yeah. And they throw in the occasional non-titled-player with a 50+ score on the leaderboard, to make it look less sketchy.

Source?

Common sense? Chess.com won't tell you this.
Just look at OP's profile for example. He claims he scored 60 with a live rating of around 1400 Elo. Now I'm not saying OP cheated, but out of 100 people with 1400 Elo and a Puzzle Rush score of 60, 99 people probably did. It's too easy to do so and to be on top of the daily leaderboard or just have a high score in general is motivation enough for some people, especially young ones.

You can't in any reasonable sense make this claim. Live play and puzzle play are entirely different things. Some people may do puzzle rush only, and play live only very rarely. Some people play on different sites for live games. Some people have terrible analysis skill under the time pressure of a live game. And you can take hours to solve a single position in puzzle rush survival. This is how I got a survival score of 54 and have a live rapid rating of 1471.
