puzzle solving after stage 20 back to 1?

I play chess puzzle frenetically and after reaching stage 20 or 37 000 points, it went back to stage 1. The points keep increasing but I was surprised getting back to 1. Is that normal? 

If you're on the Android app and Puzzle Journey, there are multiple tiers with 20 steps each. The tiers match what are used for leagues, so

• Wood
• Stone
• Bronze
• Silver
• Crystal
• Elite
• Champion
• Legend

So, once you complete step 20 of one, you move to step 1 of the next

Okay, I understand. Since I am Legend, I reach 20 and it restarts with possibly similar puzzles at level one. Thank you for clarifying Martin

Ah, yeah, not 100% sure on the Legend front but based in other posts, I think it may just start over, though I don't know the specifics yet.

I'm on Legend but only half way through step 4.

By the way, Legend in Leagues has nothing to do with Puzzle Journey. They just have the same level types/names
