Puzzles doesn’t recognize my subscription.


I have gold subscription too valid until Aug 2023 and I have exactly the same issue.
Puzzle mode tells me I've reached my daily limit - do I want unlimited puzzles ? - Upgrade now.
I click the button and it tells me I'm a Gold member and have unlimited puzzles.
My little badge my my avatar has also disappeared.

If you bought your membership prior to September 1st or got it early on that day but via the apps, you have the old Gold plan and pricing that does not include unlimited Puzzles.

Update - This problem is only on my iPad. Desktop computer seems fine.
Make sure you have the newest version of the app. The app was updated to take advantage of the plans. If you are in the newest version available for your device, and you don't have the feature set, it's possible the iOS version doesn't support the newer app version.

I should have unlimited puzzles on Gold level. It was working previously.

It's possible something happened with old plans that included unlimited puzzles interacting with the new plans. I'm asking about it.

Staff is saying your plan is the classic gold with 25 a day. Can you test on web and do more than 25 that doesn't include pending puzzles?

Tested Web and yes, it stops after 25.
Yesterday, the app puzzles had stopped (guessing I hit the 25 limit) but the web puzzles were still allowing access.
I'm guessing the web is not syncing puzzle counts with the app?
Okay, my classic gold is limited to 25 per day, at least this is confirmed.

I have the gold plan and it's a pretty recent purchase. I upgraded my phone and lost the ability to play puzzles. When I click on Play, I get the popup to upgrade. My subscription is good until September 2023. I need chess.com to fix this and I've tried everything I know how to do without success. Come on chess.com Let's go! I want play!
