"Random Thoughts" Achievement

Hi, I´ve played 3 games of 960 and haven´t got the award yet. Maybe because I thought for too long before the 1st move in the 1st game and the game was aborted? (I thought I had 30 sec, was only 20; won´t make that mistake again!)

The 2nd game I won because my opponent disconnected in a thoroughly losing position for him; the 3rd I won with a regular checkmate.

PS same problem with 3-check

Variant games have to be played on the Play server to get the achievements, with the exception of 4PC. Games played on the variants server don't count.

I did but i cant get my award

You haven't played any 960 games on the main Play server. Games played on the Variants server don't have achievements, other than 4PC

i have played the first chess960 on bots but i didnt get the achievement so i thought that playing on real people will get the achievement

can someone explain how to play chess960 on real people?

Don't think you can get it by playing bots

You go to the primary Live interface, choose Custom and change Standard to Chess960

I tried all of your advice but no one worked, do you have a video where you see someone do it and it work ?
