Refund

Hello, I have an account which I tried the 7-day trial and forgot to cancel it so now I’ve got a year subscription, which I didn’t intend to. I don’t know how to cancel it, can you maybe help we with that? It is the same account which this email is linked to. Username: KFFschack

To get a refund, you have to reach support. They don't typically read the forum.

If you try the Help menu on the bottom left of the menu, you will find the link to reach support. Click on "Contact support" link and then on the link for billing issues and refunds.

How do you actually get to the point of chatting with them directly? I can’t figure it out.

Part of it depends on what you're trying to do.

Fir example, I just was able to get to this option easily, which should open a ticket with support.

It's not going to be an immediate chat, in most cases at least, but will create a ticket in the queue and assigned to staff.
