I forgot about the free trial and 60$ get charged from my account, i send many tickets to get refund and after 7 days i got an email , they give me many choices, i choosed to get a full refund and cancel my membership, but its now 4 days after and no response, so its 11 day at total and still didn't get a refund , is that normal and i need to wait an other 11 days?
You need to be more realistic with your expectations. If Support got back to you in person after 7 days, it’s almost certainly going to take the billing team at least that to action your request - it’s still very close the the holidays after all. If they haven’t refunded your money before next month, that would be worth escalating
