Refund request for accidental purchase of Diamond membership

Hi,

I tried a week of Diamond free trial about a month ago, and canceled the membership before that week ended. However, a few weeks later, on the 2nd of January, I accidentally purchased the Diamond membership while browsing the membership options and chess.com took 349 RON from my account. 

I immediately started looking into whether there is any refund policy and indeed I read here that "All first-time subscriptions are given a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee". With this information in mind, I created a ticket for customer support the same day by writing to them here , where I explained my situation and asked for a refund. So far, no response from them. 

I know that chess is booming right now and the holidays have just passed so they probably have lots of tickets to solve, but 9 days have passed since I wrote to them and I got no reply. 
I am only writing here because I don't know how to get my money back. I haven't used any Diamond features since my purchase.

While it has indeed been 9 days since January 2nd, it has only been 5 business days.

I would be patient. You will get your money back.

And I don't think that using the premium features will come into it. I would definitely play Puzzle Rush 100 times while waiting.

You're probably right happy.png Can't do much else than wait at this point, but I wanted to raise the issue here just to be sure, in case my ticket got lost somehow.

There is nothing to do except to enjoy your temporary diamond membership. 

You have to get that Puzzle Rush score up.

They responded to my request and refunded me yesterday. It was indeed just a question of time.
