Refund request; No contact

I had been on a diamond/yearly free trial subscription and had not realised it would automatically renew at the end of the trial, and thus was charged £109.99; totally my fault for not reading. I had since cancelled and sent a support form requesting a refund. It's been almost a week and I've received no contact whatsoever, not even an automated reply email to know that they had received the support request. Is this usual? I understand that chess has had quite the surge these few years and so they may be very busy. But still, zero contact since seems very absurd. Anyone else with a similar situation?

It normally takes 2-3 days for a response but since it's the holidays it can take longer due to time off and increased ticket loads.

You should also check your spam/junk folders to make sure that you weren't contacted already.

You should also check your spam/junk folders to make sure that you weren't contacted already.

Have checked in spam/junk folders. Nothing yet; it's been six days. Hopefully they can get back soon.

I have had a similar issue, I took the 7 day diamond free trial and I did not know auto renew was on hence I was charged cad$168, it's been two days since my refund request and I still have not gotten any contact from support whatsoever.

Give them a little time and be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case their response gets filtered.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. It's been more than a week and I have contacted support multiple times during this period and no one has attempted to help me get a refund like am I not ever going to get my money back? This is insane and now I'm out of $168 bucks ......

Can somebody help me get a refund. I had the same mystake trying the platinum membership and accidently forgot that was it yearly bill. I send them a refund request and its been 2 days but no responce. Is there a way to contact any moderator or smb that can help ?
