Refund - unanswered message

Hello,

On 14 April 2019, $99 was withdrawn from my bank card. I have forgotten to cancel my one week trial. Please cancel my subscription and refund the amount back to my card. I am considering to use paid membership in the future. 

It has been already 2 days since I wrote a message from the link below. But I haven't got any answer about this issue, which I need that money urgently. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money back to my card. Thanks.

Dear jdcannon,

Thanks for your support, my problem was resolved. I've already got an answer about it, and it was written to me that chess.com has refunded my money and it will take about 3-5 days to get that amount back to my card.

Without something like a CC, it would be possible to have unlimited free trials just by creating new accounts.

Thank you for your support! The amount is already in my card. 

Furthermore, I support asking for the card information to start trial. Otherwise many people will open new accounts when trial is end. Every web-sites are using it, and it's worldwide not limited just to chess.com.

Again thanks for your support and all chess.com colleagues for such great project that we can benefit.

Same problem for me. I forgot to decline tryial and they took money from my card. I immediately wrote to support 2 days ago but they still doesnt answer anything. Please pay attention to my problem!

I presume you all have smart phones? When you start a free trial, you have to enter your credit card number. How hard is it put a reminder into your phone so that you're alerted the day before the trial ends? Problem solved.

Just leave a note to any one of the Staff member with your problem so that they get noticed with your problem very easily.
